 Programming Procedures

1. Show the master card to the card reader.
2. Press the ‘Select’ button at the display unit twice (or until ‘P’ is flashing).
3. Press and hold the ‘enter’ button for about 2 seconds (or P and the latest available usable user number is being displayed in a jumping mode at the display unit. (please note that if the latest available user number is greater than 99, a comer (,) will be displayed between the two number to indicate that this is a hundred something number, e.g. User number 151 will be displayed as 1,5.
4. Within 30 seconds show a new user card to the reader (if the system has successful registered it, the next available user number will be displayed at the display unit.
5. If you want to registered another user card, you can shown a new user card to card reader within the next 30 seconds.
6. If you want to exit the programming, please either wait 30 seconds for automatic time out or put the master card at the card reader.

Note : if you want to add a user card to a specific location instead of the latest available user  number, you can press the ‘select’ button after procedure 3 to move the user number to a desire location that you want (normally, not recommended unless you want to replaced a lost user card).
 
Cancel User Card (if card available)

1. Shown the master card to the card reader.
2. Press the ‘Select’ button at the display unit 3 time (or until ‘C’ is flashing).
3. Press and hold the ‘enter’ button for about 2 seconds (or until C and the latest available user number is being displayed in a jumping mode at the display unit (e.g. If user number 1 does exist, 01 and C will be displayed alternatively at the display unit).
4. Shown the user card that you want to be deleted at the card reader.
5. If you want to delete another card, shown it within another 30 seconds.
6. To exit the card cancel operation, either wait for 30 seconds for the time out or show the master card to the reader head.

Cancel User Card (if card NOT available)

1. Shown the master card to the card reader.
2. Press the ‘Select’ button at the display unit 3 time (or until ‘C’ is flashing).
3. Press and hold the “Enter’ button for about 2 seconds (or until C and the latest available user number is being displayed in a jumping mode at the display unit (eg. If user number 1 does exist, 01 and C will be displayed alternatively at the display unit).
4. Press the select button until the user number that you want to delete is being displayed at the display unit.
5. Press enter to confirm to the system that you want to delete that user card.
6. To exit the card cancel operation, either wait for 30 seconds for the time out or shown the master card to the reader head.
